Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 27, 2026
Last Updated: May 27, 2026

Arcole Partners, LLC (“Arcole,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you visit arcolepartners.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.

1. Who We Are

Arcole Partners is a senior housing and healthcare real estate investment platform headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The Site is our public-facing corporate website. We are the controller of information collected through the Site.

Contact: info@arcolepartners.com · 1170 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. If you contact us by email, phone, or any form on the Site, we collect what you send us — typically your name, email address, employer, role, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and certain third-party services described in Section 4 automatically collect:

  • IP address and general geographic location derived from it
  • Device and browser type, operating system, screen size, language
  • Referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, outbound clicks, file downloads
  • Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technologies
  • For business visitors in the United States: when our visitor-identification provider can match your IP and device signals against its database of business contacts, we receive your name, business email address, employer, job title, and LinkedIn profile URL (see Section 4)

Information from third parties. We may combine information from the Site with information available from third-party data providers (e.g., professional networks, business contact databases) for the purposes described in Section 3.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The Site is not directed to children.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • Identify and reach prospective investors, capital partners, operators, sellers, brokers, and other counterparties whose visit suggests interest in our platform
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up on business relationships
  • Send and target advertising on third-party platforms, including LinkedIn (see Section 4)
  • Measure the effectiveness of our outreach and the Site itself
  • Comply with applicable law and protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and engage in business-purpose disclosures to service providers, as those terms are defined under California law — see Section 7.

4. Cookies, Pixels, and Third-Party Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. The following third-party services are active on the Site:

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC). Measures Site traffic and behavior in aggregate. Sets cookies that record an anonymous client identifier, session data, and event activity. IP addresses are truncated. Learn more: policies.google.com/privacy. Opt out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Google Tag Manager (Google LLC). A tag-management container we use to deploy and update the other scripts on this page. GTM itself does not set tracking cookies, but the tags it loads (listed in this section) do.

LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation). Sets cookies that allow LinkedIn to recognize Site visitors who also hold LinkedIn accounts, attribute conversions from LinkedIn advertising campaigns, and serve us retargeting audiences for those campaigns. LinkedIn may receive your IP address, browser data, and the URLs you visit on the Site. Learn more and opt out: linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy and linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out.

RB2B (Retention.com / RB2B). A US-only business-visitor identification service. RB2B uses cookies, pixels, and IP-and-device signals to determine whether a Site visitor matches a person in its US business-contact database. When a match is made, RB2B provides Arcole with that person’s name, business email address, employer, job title, and LinkedIn profile URL. RB2B does not operate outside the United States and does not knowingly identify consumer (non-business) visitors. Learn more and opt out of having your identity surfaced to companies using RB2B: rb2b.com (see “Opt Out” / “Do Not Sell or Share” link).

Other third parties. We may add or remove tracking technologies over time. Material additions will be reflected in an update to this Policy.

You can also disable cookies and tracking through your browser settings, through Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where supported, or through the cookie banner on the Site.

5. How We Share Information

We disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf — including the analytics, advertising, and visitor-identification vendors listed in Section 4, plus email, hosting, CRM, and security providers — under contractual confidentiality and data-use restrictions
  • Professional advisers — counsel, accountants, auditors, tax advisers
  • Affiliates and co-investors — for capital-raising, joint venture, and reporting purposes
  • Acquirers or successors in a corporate transaction
  • Law enforcement and regulators when legally required, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain disclosures to advertising partners may qualify as a “sale” or “share” under state privacy laws — see Section 7 for your rights, including the right to opt out.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with our legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify it. Business-contact information identified through RB2B and similar services may be retained in our CRM until you ask us to delete it or until it ceases to be relevant.

7. Your Privacy Rights

All visitors can:

  • Email us at info@arcolepartners.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you
  • Use the third-party opt-out links and browser controls referenced in Section 4 to limit tracking on your device

California residents have, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (“CCPA/CPRA”):

  • Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we share with
  • Right to delete personal information, subject to exceptions
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information
  • Right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — to exercise this right, email info@arcolepartners.com
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not knowingly use sensitive PI for purposes beyond what CCPA permits without further notice)
  • Right not to receive retaliatory or discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights

We will verify your request by matching information you provide against information we hold. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.

Other US states with comprehensive privacy laws in effect (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others as their statutes take effect) provide similar rights. To exercise any of them, contact info@arcolepartners.com.

EU/UK/EEA visitors. The Site is intended for a United States audience and is not directed to individuals located in the EU, UK, or EEA. We do not knowingly use RB2B or LinkedIn retargeting to identify or target individuals located outside the United States. If you are located in the EU/UK/EEA and believe we hold personal data about you, contact info@arcolepartners.com and we will respond consistent with the GDPR/UK GDPR.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or stored by us.

9. Links to Other Sites

The Site links to third-party sites — press coverage, LinkedIn profiles, the Arcole.ai application, and others. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period.
